Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Two in Bloom! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Order Processing

 

All items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted as a pre-order.

 

Orders containing ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Pre-Orders

Items listed as pre-order will include an estimated shipping date in the product description. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

 

Shipping Protection

 

We highly recommend selecting Guide Shipping Protection at checkout. This service protects your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit and allows for quick resolution.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Two in Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

 

However, we understand that shipping issues can happen and are always happy to help guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier or Guide Shipping Protection if you purchased it.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Two in Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
